Alistair has built and managed cross skilled creative and digital teams for over 18 years, delivering global marketing campaigns across multiple touch points and digital channels to interactive video campaigns and everyday social content. Alistair has managed creative and digital marketing teams both for agencies and direct with clients, most recently running an integrated real-time and agile creative development team for LEGO. Focusing on integrating campaigns and content across the LEGO channels while optimising data driven learnings.
